I understand and accept the following terms: 1. Program Overview The Arena Archon Ambassador Rewards Program (“Program”) is designed for passionate Genesis: Battle of Champions fans (“Arena Archons”) who want to help grow and strengthen the community. Arena Archons can earn Arena Archon Ambassador Points (“AAA Points”) by completing eligible activities and redeem those points for exciting rewards, such as sealed products (booster boxes, starter decks, playmats), exclusive promotional items, and other rewards to be announced. 2. Arena Archon Categories Participants may apply to become: • A Content Creator Archon • An In-Store Play Archon • Or both Content Creator Archons Create and share content about Genesis: Battle of Champions, such as videos, articles, livestreams, or social media posts. In-Store Play Archons Support local game stores by teaching new players, running or assisting with weekly events, and helping stores grow their player base. Applications will be reviewed, and acceptance into the Program is at the sole discretion of Edge of Exile Entertainment. 3. Eligibility • Must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region. • Participants under 18 may join with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. • Open worldwide unless prohibited by law. • Must agree to and comply with these Terms & Conditions. 4. Earning AAA Points Content Creator Archons Earn AAA Points for: • Publishing original Genesis-related videos, livestreams, or podcasts. • Writing articles, blog posts, or guides. • Posting Genesis-related content on social media platforms. In-Store Play Archons Earn AAA Points for: • Teaching new players the rules and gameplay of Genesis. • Assisting store staff in running weekly or special Genesis events. • Helping organize tournaments and community gatherings. All eligible activities, point values, and proof requirements will be detailed on the official program page and may be updated at any time. Points are awarded at the discretion of Edge of Exile Entertainment based on activity quality, adherence to guidelines, and proof of completion. 5. Redeeming Rewards • AAA Points can be redeemed for rewards that will be listed on the official program page. • Rewards are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice. • AAA Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. • Rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable. 6. Arena Archon Conduct Arena Archons agree to: • Represent Genesis: Battle of Champions and Edge of Exile Entertainment positively and respectfully. • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct in connection with the Program. • Follow all applicable laws, including marketing, advertising, and intellectual property laws. • Use only approved logos, assets, and materials provided by Edge of Exile Entertainment. 7. Intellectual Property All content created by Arena Archons remains the property of its creator. However: • Genesis: Battle of Champions, along with all associated game mechanics, rules, card designs, artworks, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary elements (“Genesis IP”), remain the exclusive property of Edge of Exile Entertainment. • By participating in the Program, Arena Archons agree not to claim ownership of any Genesis IP used within their content. • Arena Archons grant Edge of Exile Entertainment a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to share, promote, and distribute submitted content for marketing purposes. • Edge of Exile Entertainment reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request the removal of any content from public platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok) that contains Genesis IP if such content is deemed inappropriate, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful to the Genesis brand or community. • Arena Archons agree to comply with such takedown requests promptly, and acknowledge that Edge of Exile Entertainment may also contact the hosting platform directly to request removal in accordance with that platform’s policies. 8. Program Changes and Termination Edge of Exile Entertainment reserves the right to update, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. We may remove an Arena Archon from the Program at our discretion for any reason, including failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 9. Limitation of Liability Edge of Exile Entertainment is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or damages resulting from participation in the Program. 10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
